An important part of beer week has always been the collaboration beers produced by Gloucestershire’s breweries and 2024 is no different. We have 2 brews available during the week, from dusk to dawn….

From Dusk

The first beer is a 4.4% West Coast IPA on cask, brewed at Clavell and Hind near Cheltenham, assisted by Brewhouse and Kitchen (Cheltenham) and Hop Kettle Brewers.

Till Dawn

Our second beer is called Till Dawn, which is a 4.8% pale ale in keg that was brewed at Gloucester Brewery alongside Brewhouse and Kitchen (Gloucester and Cheltenham), Fresh Standard and Clavell and Hind.

Both beers feature El Dorado, Strata, and Harlequin hops, and the West Coast ipa has the addition of crystal malts. The ingredients for both beers were kindly donated by WHC Lab, Charles Faram and Crisp Maltings.
